لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 166 من قانون الطريق على ألا تتجاوز حيث لا ترى مسافة كافية أمامك للتأكد من السلامة، مثل الاقتراب من قمة تلة أو منعطف أو جسر محدّب (hump bridge).
Rule 166 of The Highway Code says do not overtake where you cannot see far enough ahead to be sure it is safe, such as approaching the brow of a hill, a bend or a hump bridge.
