TheoryWay is an independent practice service. It is not affiliated with the DVSA or any government body.

Practice questions are original and based on The Highway Code. They are not the official DVSA question bank, and passing them is not a guarantee that you will pass the real test.

Practising here does not replace official DVSA-approved study materials. If anything here seems wrong, always check the official Highway Code or DVSA sources.

The service is provided as is, without any warranty. We try to keep it accurate, but content may contain errors.

Please use this service for your own personal study only. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the content.

We may change, add to, or remove features at any time.

You can create a free account to save your progress. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. This removes your email address and progress from our servers.

Passes are one-time payments for a fixed access period shown at purchase. Nothing renews by itself. Your UK statutory consumer rights are not affected. For refund requests, email support@theoryway.com.

We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service, for example automated attacks or attempts to copy the content.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
