You are driving and reach a box junction marked with yellow criss-cross lines. When may you enter it?

لماذا؟
الخطوط الصفراء المتقاطعة في التقاطع الصندوقي (box junction) تُبقي التقاطع خاليًا حتى لا يُسدّ. تنص القاعدة 174 من قانون الطريق على أنه يجب ألا تدخل الصندوق حتى تكون حارة الخروج خالية. والاستثناء الوحيد هو عندما تريد الانعطاف يمينًا ويمنعك فقط قدوم مركبات من الاتجاه المقابل أو مركبات أخرى تنتظر الانعطاف يمينًا.
The yellow criss-cross lines of a box junction keep the junction clear so it does not become blocked. Rule 174 of The Highway Code says you must not enter the box until your exit road or lane is clear. The one exception is when you want to turn right and are only stopped by oncoming traffic or by other vehicles waiting to turn right.
