Delete your account

You can delete your TheoryWay account yourself, at any time. You do not need to ask us.

1. Sign in at theoryway.com. 2. Open "My progress", then "Account". 3. Choose "Delete my account" and confirm.

This deletes your account, your email address, and all of your saved progress from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Practice progress kept only in your browser (if you used TheoryWay without an account) is never on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.

We keep nothing after deletion. There is no retention period, and we do not keep a backup copy of your account.

If you cannot sign in — for example you have lost access to your email — write to support@theoryway.com from any address and tell us the email address on the account. We will verify what we reasonably can and delete it for you.
