What does this sign tell you?

Give way to oncoming vehicles
One-way street ahead
Two-way traffic ahead
You have priority over oncoming vehicles
Correct

Why?

The large white arrow points your way, so you have priority through the narrow section. The small red arrow shows oncoming traffic must give way, but you should still be ready to slow down.
