Dlaczego?
Nie możesz dobrze obserwować drogi ani panować nad samochodem, jeśli źle siedzisz albo lusterka są źle ustawione, a regulowanie ich w trakcie jazdy jest groźnym rozpraszaczem. Zasada 97 z The Highway Code mówi, że przed wyruszeniem musisz upewnić się, że fotel i lusterka są dobrze ustawione, a zagłówek (head restraint) prawidłowo umieszczony.
You cannot observe or control the car properly if you are badly seated or your mirrors are wrong, and adjusting them on the move is a dangerous distraction. Rule 97 of The Highway Code says that before setting off you should ensure your seat and mirrors are adjusted correctly and your head restraint is properly positioned.
