لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 115 على أنك إذا أُبهرت بأضواء قادمة، فعليك أن تخفف سرعتك وأن تتوقف عند الضرورة. النظر إلى الأضواء أو الإسراع يجعلك تقود بينما لا ترى الطريق بوضوح.
Rule 115 says that if you are dazzled by oncoming headlights, you should slow down and, if necessary, stop. Looking at the lights or speeding up leaves you driving while you cannot see the road clearly.
