You come up behind horse riders on a country road. How should you pass them?

لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 215 على أنه عندما ترى حصاناً على الطريق عليك أن تخفف السرعة إلى 10 أميال/ساعة كحد أقصى، وأن تكون صبوراً، وألّا تستخدم البوق أو تزمجر بالمحرّك. تجاوز بمسافة واسعة وببطء، تاركاً ما لا يقل عن مترين.
Rule 215 says when you see a horse on the road you should slow down to a maximum of 10 mph, be patient, and not sound your horn or rev your engine. Pass wide and slow, leaving at least 2 metres of space.
