لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 152 من قانون الطريق على القيادة ببطء في الشوارع التي تكثر فيها السيارات المتوقفة، والانتباه للمشاة — وخاصة الأطفال — الذين قد يخرجون فجأة إلى الطريق حيث لا تراهم، والحذر من فتح أبواب السيارات. المشاة المختبئون هم الخطر الأهم الذي يجب أن تتوقعه.
Rule 152 of The Highway Code says to drive slowly on streets with many parked cars and watch for pedestrians, especially children, who may step out into the road where you cannot see them, as well as for car doors opening. The hidden pedestrian is the hazard you must anticipate most.
