You are driving slowly along a street lined with parked cars. What hazard should you be most ready for?

Why?
Rule 152 of The Highway Code says to drive slowly on streets with many parked cars and watch for pedestrians, especially children, who may step out into the road where you cannot see them, as well as for car doors opening. The hidden pedestrian is the hazard you must anticipate most.
