- Drive only on quiet roads until you feel alert
- Take a smaller dose so you can keep driving
- Drive as normal but open a window for fresh air
- Not drive until you know the medicine does not affect youCorrect
Why?
Rule 96 of The Highway Code says you must not drive under the influence of any medicine that affects your ability. If a medicine may cause drowsiness, check with your doctor or pharmacist and do not drive until you are sure it is safe.
