You are on a clear road with a 60 mph limit approaching a blind bend. How should you treat the limit?

لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 146 من قانون الطريق على ألا تعامل حد السرعة كهدف. كيّف سرعتك مع الطريق، وكن مستعداً لأخطار مثل انسداد الطريق خلف منعطف أعمى (blind bend) مباشرة.
Rule 146 of The Highway Code says do not treat the speed limit as a target. Adapt your speed to the road and be prepared for hazards such as the road being blocked just beyond a blind bend.
