You and an oncoming vehicle both want to turn right at a crossroads. Which method usually gives the safest view?
أنت ومركبة قادمة تريدان الانعطاف يمينًا عند تقاطع متصالب (crossroads). أي طريقة تعطي عادةً الرؤية الأكثر أمانًا؟
- Turn nearside to nearside, passing in front of each otherالانعطاف جهةً لجهة (nearside to nearside) بالمرور أمام بعضكما

لماذا؟
تصف القاعدة 181 من قانون الطريق الانعطاف يمينًا عند التقاطع المتصالب. والمرور خلف بعضكما (offside to offside) يمنح عادةً رؤية أوضح للمرور القادم مقارنةً بالمرور أمام بعضكما (nearside to nearside).
Rule 181 of The Highway Code describes turning right at crossroads. Turning offside to offside (passing behind each other) usually gives a clearer view of oncoming traffic than turning nearside to nearside in front of each other.
