It starts to rain after a long dry spell. Why should you take extra care?

لماذا؟
تحذّر القاعدة 237 من قانون الطريق من أنه حين يهطل المطر بعد فترة جفاف، قد يصبح سطح الطريق زلِقاً لاختلاط المطر بالزيت والغبار. وهذا قد يؤثر في التوجيه والكبح، لذا خفف سرعتك واترك مجالاً أكبر.
Rule 237 of The Highway Code warns that when it rains after a dry spell, the road surface can become slippery as rain mixes with oil and dust. This can affect steering and braking, so slow down and leave more room.
