What does this warning sign mean?
- Wild horses ahead
- Accompanied horses or ponies may be in the roadCorrect
- Horse riding is not allowed
- A riding school entrance ahead
Why?
The horse-and-rider symbol warns that accompanied horses or ponies may be on the road, for example near stables. Pass wide and slow: no faster than 10 mph and at least 2 metres of space, as rule 215 requires.
