Dlaczego?
V5C wskazuje zarejestrowanego posiadacza i dane pojazdu, ale nie jest dowodem własności prawnej. Posiadacz odpowiedzialny za opodatkowanie i rejestrację samochodu nie zawsze jest jego prawnym właścicielem. V5C jest jednym z dokumentów w załączniku 3 (Annex 3) z The Highway Code.
The V5C shows the registered keeper and details of the vehicle, but it is not proof of legal ownership. The keeper responsible for taxing and registering the car is not always the person who legally owns it. The V5C is one of the documents in Annex 3 of The Highway Code.
