Dlaczego?
Niebieski prostokąt podaje informację, a nie nakaz. Ten pokazuje, że droga jest jednokierunkowa (one-way), więc cały ruch płynie w kierunku wskazanym przez strzałkę. A blue rectangle gives information rather than an order. This one shows the road is one-way, so all traffic flows in the direction of the arrow. Do not confuse it with the round blue 'ahead only' sign. Rule 109 of The Highway Code covers obeying signs and markings.
