You see this rectangular blue sign with a white arrow. What does it mean?

Ahead only for buses
One-way traffic in the direction of the arrow
Correct
Keep left of the arrow
Two-way traffic ahead

Why?

A blue rectangle gives information rather than an order. This one shows the road is one-way, so all traffic flows in the direction of the arrow. Do not confuse it with the round blue 'ahead only' sign. Rule 109 of The Highway Code covers obeying signs and markings.
