You switched on your rear fog lights in thick fog. The fog has now cleared. What must you do?
شغّلت أضواء الضباب الخلفية في ضباب كثيف، والآن انقشع الضباب. ماذا يجب أن تفعل؟
- Leave them on for the rest of the journeyاتركها مضاءة لبقية الرحلة

لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 236 من قانون الطريق على أنه يجب إطفاء أضواء الضباب (fog lights) عندما تتحسن الرؤية، لأن الأضواء الخلفية الساطعة قد تُبهر السائقين خلفك وقد تُخلط بأضواء الفرملة.
Rule 236 of The Highway Code says you must switch off fog lights when visibility improves, because bright rear fog lights can dazzle following drivers and be mistaken for brake lights.
