You are driving through a contraflow system on a motorway. What should you do?
تقود عبر نظام مسار معاكس (contraflow) على طريق سريع. ماذا يجب أن تفعل؟

لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 290 من قانون الطريق على أنه في نظام المسار المعاكس (contraflow)، خفف سرعتك مبكراً، والتزم بحد السرعة المؤقت، واحفظ مسافة آمنة عن السيارة أمامك، لأن المسارات غالباً ما تكون أضيق وتسير حركة المرور في الاتجاهين على مقربة من بعضها.
Rule 290 of The Highway Code says that in a contraflow system you should reduce speed in good time, obey the temporary speed limit and keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front. Lanes are often narrower and traffic flows in both directions close together.
