A pedestrian at the kerb has a dog wearing a harness. What should you assume?

لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 207 من قانون الطريق على أن الكلب المرشد قد يعني أن صاحبه كفيف، أو أصمّ وكفيف إن كان الحزام أحمر وأبيض؛ فامنحه وقتًا وعناية إضافية.
Rule 207 of The Highway Code notes that an assistance dog may mean the person is blind, or deafblind if the dog has a red and white harness. Give them extra time and care.
