لماذا؟
يجب أن يكون للسيارة التي يزيد عمرها على ثلاث سنوات شهادة فحص MOT سارية تُظهر أنها استوفت مؤخراً الحد الأدنى من معايير السلامة والبيئة. وفحص شهادة MOT وسجلّها على الإنترنت يساعدك على تجنّب شراء سيارة غير صالحة للسير. وفحص MOT من المستندات في الملحق الثالث (Annex 3) من قانون الطريق.
A car over three years old must have a valid MOT certificate showing it recently met the minimum safety and environmental standards. Checking the MOT certificate and its online history helps you avoid buying an unroadworthy car. The MOT is one of the documents in Annex 3 of The Highway Code.
