Is there still a paper tax disc that you must display in the car windscreen?

لماذا؟
أُلغي قرص الضريبة الورقي (tax disc)، فلم يعد هناك قرص يُعرَض في الزجاج الأمامي. وتُسجَّل ضريبة المركبة الآن إلكترونياً وتُفحَص مقابل قاعدة بيانات هيئة DVLA بالكاميرات والشرطة. ومع ذلك يجب أن تبقي المركبة مرخّصة، كما يوضّح الملحق الثالث (Annex 3) من قانون الطريق.
The paper tax disc was abolished, so there is no disc to display in the windscreen. Vehicle tax is now recorded electronically and checked against the DVLA database by cameras and the police. You must still keep the vehicle taxed, as covered in Annex 3 of The Highway Code.
