What does the registered keeper shown on the V5C certificate mean?
ماذا يعني «الحائز المسجَّل» (registered keeper) المذكور على شهادة V5C؟
- The person who built the vehicleالشخص الذي صنع المركبة
- The person responsible for taxing and registering the vehicleالشخص المسؤول عن ترخيص المركبة وتسجيلهاإجابة صحيحة
- The garage that last serviced the vehicleالورشة التي صانت المركبة آخر مرة
- The insurance company that covers the vehicleشركة التأمين التي تغطّي المركبة
لماذا؟
تُظهر شهادة V5C الحائز المسجَّل (registered keeper)، وهو الشخص المسؤول عن ترخيص المركبة وتسجيلها والتعامل مع هيئة DVLA بشأنها. والحائز ليس دائماً المالك القانوني. والحفاظ على صحة بيانات V5C جزء من قواعد المستندات في الملحق الثالث (Annex 3) من قانون الطريق.
The V5C shows the registered keeper, the person responsible for taxing and registering the vehicle and dealing with the DVLA about it. The keeper is not always the legal owner. Keeping the V5C details correct is part of the document rules in Annex 3 of The Highway Code.
