لماذا؟
تقول القاعدة 215 من قانون الطريق إنه عندما ترى حصاناً على الطريق فخفف سرعتك إلى 10 أميال/الساعة كحد أقصى، وكن صبوراً وتجاوز بمسافة واسعة وببطء، لأن الخيل تُفزَع بسهولة وقد تتحرك فجأة. وتضيف القاعدة 214 أن تكون مستعداً للتوقف.
Rule 215 of The Highway Code says when you see a horse on the road, slow to a maximum of 10 mph, be patient and pass wide and slow, because horses can be easily frightened and may move suddenly. Rule 214 adds to be ready to stop.
