Why should you check that your engine coolant has the right amount of anti-freeze before winter?
لماذا يجب أن تتأكد من أن سائل التبريد (coolant) يحتوي على القدر الصحيح من مانع التجمّد (anti-freeze) قبل الشتاء؟
- Because anti-freeze makes the engine run fasterلأن مانع التجمّد يجعل المحرك يعمل أسرع
- Because it stops the coolant freezing and damaging the engine in cold weatherلأنه يمنع تجمّد سائل التبريد وتلف المحرك في الطقس الباردإجابة صحيحة

لماذا؟
سائل التبريد الذي يحتوي على ما يكفي من مانع التجمّد لن يتجمّد ويشقّ المحرك أو الرادياتير عند البرد الشديد. يشمل الملحق السادس (Annex 6) من قانون الطريق الحفاظ على مستويات السوائل مثل سائل التبريد صحيحة، لذا افحص قوة مانع التجمّد قبل الشتاء.
Coolant with enough anti-freeze will not freeze and crack the engine or radiator when it is very cold. Annex 6 of The Highway Code includes keeping fluid levels such as coolant correct, so check the anti-freeze strength before winter.
