In normal driving conditions, what is the safest way to use your brakes when slowing to a stop?

لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 117 من قانون الطريق على أن أأمن طريقة للكبح هي أن تفعله مبكرًا وبخفّة، ثم تكبح بقوة أكبر مع بدء التوقف، وترفع الضغط قبيل توقّف السيارة مباشرة، لتتجنّب توقّفًا مفاجئًا مهتزًّا.
Rule 117 of The Highway Code says the safest way to brake is to do it early and lightly, braking more firmly as you begin to stop and easing the pressure off just before the car comes to rest, to avoid a jerky stop.
