Where should you carry loose items such as a heavy toolbox when driving?
أين يجب أن تحمل الأغراض غير المثبّتة مثل صندوق عدّة ثقيل أثناء القيادة؟
- On the back seat within easy reachعلى المقعد الخلفي في متناول اليد

لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 98 من قانون الطريق على وجوب تثبيت أي أغراض ثقيلة أو حادّة بأمان. فالأغراض غير المثبّتة قد تُقذف إلى الأمام عند التوقّف المفاجئ أو الاصطدام وتؤذي من في السيارة، لذا احملها مثبّتة في صندوق الأمتعة (boot) لا سائبة داخل المقصورة.
Rule 98 of The Highway Code says you must make sure any heavy or sharp objects are secured safely. Loose items can be thrown forward in a sudden stop or crash and injure the people in the car, so carry them secured in the boot rather than loose in the cabin.
