لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 98 من قانون الطريق على وجوب تثبيت الحمولة بحيث لا تتحرك أو تسقط. استخدم أحزمة أو حبالاً (straps) قوية بحالة جيدة؛ فالحبال المتهرّئة أو البالية قد تنقطع وتترك الحمولة تنزلق أو تسقط على الطريق فتعرّض الآخرين للخطر.
Rule 98 of The Highway Code says a load must be secured so it cannot move or fall off. Use strong straps or ropes in good condition; frayed or worn ropes can snap and let the load shift or fall into the road, endangering others.
