لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 211 من قانون الطريق على أنه عند الانعطاف يمينًا عبر مرور بطيء أو متوقّف، انتبه لراكبي الدراجات والدرّاجات النارية المارّين من الجهة الداخلية وأفسح لهم الطريق.
Rule 211 of The Highway Code says that when turning right across slow-moving or stationary traffic, you should look out for and give way to cyclists or motorcyclists filtering on the inside of the traffic you are crossing.
