What does this sign mean?

You must not make a U-turn
Correct
No right turn
Roundabout ahead
Two-way traffic ahead

Why?

The red ring around a U-shaped arrow is a prohibition meaning no U-turns, so you must not turn your vehicle around to face the other way here. Rule 109 of The Highway Code says you must obey all signs giving orders.
