On a dual carriageway at night, what do amber reflective road studs mark?

Rule 132 of The Highway Code says amber studs mark the central reservation of a dual carriageway or motorway, so you can see the middle barrier in the dark. Red studs mark the left edge and green studs mark lay-by and slip-road edges.
