Why should you normally keep both hands on the steering wheel while driving?

It helps you stay in full control of the vehicle
Correct
It is only needed when parking
It stops the airbag from working
It is required only on motorways

Why?

Rule 160 of The Highway Code says you should drive with both hands on the wheel where possible, as this helps you keep full control of the vehicle at all times, ready to react to bends, wind or a sudden hazard.
