Where must you never fit a rear-facing baby seat?
- In a seat protected by an active front airbagCorrect
- In the middle rear seat
- Directly behind the driver's seat
- In any seat that has a head restraint
Why?
Rule 101 of The Highway Code says a rear-facing baby seat must not be fitted into a seat protected by an active frontal airbag. If the airbag inflated it would hit the baby seat with great force and could seriously injure or kill the baby.
