There are several casualties after a crash. Which of them should you attend to first?

لماذا؟
ينص الملحق السابع (Annex 7) من قانون الطريق على التعامل مع المشكلات المهدّدة للحياة أولاً. فالمصاب الذي لا يستطيع التنفّس أو ينزف بغزارة يحتاج المساعدة قبل من يصرخ، لأن القادر على الصراخ يتنفّس على الأقل. أعطِ الأولوية للمصابين الصامتين الساكنين.
Annex 7 of The Highway Code says to deal with life-threatening problems first. A casualty who cannot breathe or is bleeding heavily needs help before someone who is shouting, because a person able to shout is at least breathing. Treat the quiet, still casualties as a priority.
