You cannot find a space. Why should you not park with your car partly on the pavement?
لا تجد مكانًا للوقوف. لماذا يجب ألا تركن سيارتك جزئيًا على الرصيف (pavement)؟
- It uses more fuel to mount the kerbلأن صعود الحاجز يستهلك وقودًا أكثر

لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 244 من قانون الطريق على أنه يجب ألا تركن على الرصيف (pavement) في لندن أو اسكتلندا، وينبغي ألا تفعل ذلك في غيرهما إلا حيث تسمح اللافتات، لأنه يعيق المشاة ومستخدمي الكراسي المتحركة وذوي عربات الأطفال وضعاف البصر.
Rule 244 of The Highway Code says you must not park on the pavement in London or Scotland, and should not do so elsewhere unless signs allow it, because it obstructs pedestrians, wheelchair users, people with prams and those with sight problems.
