The back of your car slides out to the right in a skid. Which way should you steer to correct it?
انزلق مؤخّر سيارتك إلى اليمين. في أي اتجاه يجب أن توجّه لتصحيح الانزلاق؟
- To the left, away from the skidإلى اليسار، بعيدًا عن الانزلاق
- Straight ahead without turningمستقيمًا إلى الأمام دون انعطاف

لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 119 من قانون الطريق على أنك لتصحيح انزلاق العجلات الخلفية توجّه في اتجاه الانزلاق: إذا انزلق المؤخّر إلى اليمين، وجّه إلى اليمين حتى تصطف العجلات من جديد. تجنّب المبالغة في التوجيه فتسبّب انزلاقًا في الاتجاه المعاكس.
Rule 119 of The Highway Code says to correct a rear-wheel skid you steer into the skid: if the rear slides to the right, steer to the right until the wheels line up again. Avoid oversteering, which can cause a skid the other way.
