لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 126 من قانون الطريق على أن تقود دائمًا بسرعة تتيح لك التوقف تمامًا ضمن المسافة التي تراها بوضوح (distance you can see to be clear). ليلًا على منعطفات غير مضاءة تكون هذه المسافة قصيرة، فيجب أن تكون سرعتك منخفضة.
Rule 126 of The Highway Code says you should always drive at a speed that lets you stop well within the distance you can see to be clear. At night on unlit bends this distance is short, so your speed must be low.
