There is an empty parking bay marked for Blue Badge holders. When may you park in it?
- Only if you hold a valid Blue Badge and are entitled to use itCorrect
- Whenever it is empty and you are quick
- If you will be less than ten minutes
- At any time after 6 pm
Why?
Rule 241 of The Highway Code says you must not park in spaces reserved for specific users, such as Blue Badge holders, residents or motorcycles, unless you are entitled to do so. An empty bay does not mean you may use it.
