You change your car's colour or fit a different engine. What must you do?

لماذا؟
يجب على الحائز المسجَّل (registered keeper) إبلاغ هيئة الترخيص DVLA بالتغييرات على المركبة، مثل لونها أو محركها، حتى تبقى شهادة تسجيل V5C صحيحة. والحفاظ على دقة V5C جزء من قواعد المستندات في الملحق الثالث (Annex 3) من قانون الطريق.
The registered keeper must tell the DVLA about changes to the vehicle, such as its colour or engine, so the V5C registration certificate stays correct. Keeping the V5C accurate is part of the document rules in Annex 3 of The Highway Code.
