You're a learner driver. Who can legally supervise you while you practise in a car?
أنت سائق متعلّم (learner). من الذي يُسمح له قانوناً بالإشراف عليك أثناء التدرّب في السيارة؟
- Any passenger who is aged 18 or overأي راكب عمره 18 سنة أو أكثر
- Anyone who holds a full driving licenceأي شخص يحمل رخصة قيادة كاملة
- A person aged 21 or over who has held a full licence for at least three yearsشخص عمره 21 سنة أو أكثر ويحمل رخصة كاملة منذ ثلاث سنوات على الأقلإجابة صحيحة
- A person who passed their test at least one year agoشخص اجتاز اختباره منذ سنة واحدة على الأقل
لماذا؟
بصفتك متعلّماً تحمل رخصة مؤقتة (provisional licence)، يجب أن يشرف عليك شخص عمره 21 سنة على الأقل ويحمل رخصة كاملة لهذا النوع من السيارات منذ ثلاث سنوات على الأقل. كما يجب أن تضع لوحات L حمراء (L plates) في مقدمة السيارة ومؤخرتها. وهذه شروط الرخصة المؤقتة ضمن قواعد المستندات في الملحق الثالث (Annex 3) من قانون الطريق.
As a learner on a provisional licence you must be supervised by someone who is at least 21 years old and has held a full licence for that type of car for at least three years. You must also display red L plates (or D plates in Wales) on the front and back of the car. These provisional licence conditions are part of the document rules in Annex 3 of The Highway Code.
