Your photocard licence is badly damaged and the details can no longer be read. What should you do?
رخصتك المصوّرة (photocard) تالفة بشدة ولم يعد يمكن قراءة بياناتها. ماذا يجب أن تفعل؟
- Keep using it exactly as normalتواصل استخدامها كالمعتاد تماماً
- Cover the damaged part with tapeتغطّي الجزء التالف بشريط لاصق

لماذا؟
الرخصة التالفة أو المشوّهة بحيث لا يمكن قراءة بياناتها يجب استبدالها بالتقدّم إلى هيئة الترخيص DVLA. ويجب ألّا تعدّل الرخصة أو تكتب عليها بنفسك، لأن ذلك يجعلها باطلة. والحفاظ على رخصة سارية جزء من القواعد في الملحق الثالث (Annex 3) من قانون الطريق.
A licence that is damaged or defaced so the details cannot be read must be replaced by applying to the DVLA. You must not alter or write on the licence yourself, as that makes it invalid. Keeping a valid licence is part of the rules in Annex 3 of The Highway Code.
