لماذا؟
السير أسرع من أن تمشي بينه بأمان. تنص القاعدة 279 من قانون الطريق على أنه يجب ألا تحاول إزالة شيء من المسار بنفسك؛ توقف عند هاتف طوارئ أو مكان آمن نسبيًا واتصل طلبًا للمساعدة ليُزال.
The traffic is far too fast to walk among safely. Rule 279 of The Highway Code says you must not try to remove anything from the carriageway yourself; stop at an emergency telephone or a place of relative safety and phone for help so it can be cleared.
