Before driving, why should you check your mirrors are clean and correctly set?

لماذا؟
تعتمد على مراياك لتعرف ما يجري حولك. يشترط الملحق السادس (Annex 6) من قانون الطريق أن تكون المرايا (mirrors) مركّبة وصالحة، لذا أبقِها نظيفة واضبطها لرؤية كاملة قبل الانطلاق.
You rely on your mirrors to know what is happening around you. Annex 6 of The Highway Code requires mirrors to be fitted and in good order, so keep them clean and adjust them for a full view before you move off.
