How should a head restraint be adjusted to protect you best?

لماذا؟
مسند الرأس المضبوط جيدًا يقلّل إصابة الرقبة (whiplash) إذا صُدمت من الخلف. يتناول الملحق السادس (Annex 6) من قانون الطريق إبقاء معدات السلامة صالحة، لذا اضبط المسند بحيث يكون أعلاه على الأقل بمستوى عينيك أو أذنيك وقريبًا من مؤخرة رأسك.
A correctly set head restraint reduces neck (whiplash) injury if you are hit from behind. Annex 6 of The Highway Code covers keeping safety equipment in order, so set the restraint with its top at least level with your eyes or ears, close to the back of your head.
