لماذا؟
تنص القاعدة 231 من قانون الطريق على أنك على الجليد يجب أن تكبح تدريجيًا على المستقيم قبل أن تصل إلى المنعطف، ثم بعد أن تبطئ، توجّه بسلاسة خلاله متجنبًا الحركات المفاجئة التي تسبّب الانزلاق.
Rule 231 of The Highway Code says that on ice you should brake progressively on the straight before you reach the bend, then, having slowed down, steer smoothly round it, avoiding the sudden actions that cause a skid.
