In which of these situations MUST you NOT overtake?

On a wide, empty dual carriageway
Where a solid white line is nearest to you in the middle of the road
Correct
When the vehicle ahead is signalling to turn left
On a long, straight, clear road

Why?

Rule 165 of The Highway Code lists where you must not overtake. One is where you would have to cross or straddle double white lines with a solid line nearest you.
