لماذا؟
الحيوان الطليق على طريق سريع خطير جدًا. تنص القاعدة 278 من قانون الطريق على أن تبقي الحيوانات في السيارة؛ ولا تُخرج أحدها إلا في حالة طارئة، وحينها اضبطه جيدًا على الحافة العشبية (verge) بعيدًا عن السير.
A loose animal on a motorway is extremely dangerous. Rule 278 of The Highway Code says you should keep animals in the vehicle; only in an emergency should you let one out, and then keep it under proper control on the verge, well away from the traffic.
