You have a fully comprehensive insurance policy. What does it cover that a third-party policy does not?

Why?
Comprehensive is the highest level of cover. As well as paying for injury and damage you cause to others, it can pay to repair your own vehicle even when the accident was your fault. Third-party cover is the legal minimum and never pays for your own car. Insurance is one of the documents in Annex 3 of The Highway Code.
