You have a minor collision. Nobody is hurt and the other driver is there. What must you do?

Why?
Rule 286 of The Highway Code says that after any collision causing damage or injury you must stop and exchange details. Give your name and address and the vehicle's registration number, and get the same from the other driver. You don't need to call the police for a minor no-injury crash if details are exchanged.
